I am writing this in regards to the excellent service that the Lutheran Health Network Courier Service has received from Yes Automotive. Although the Lutheran Health Network is relatively new to Yes, I have made my decision to continue to work with Taylor, Fleet Manager, and Josh, Service Advisor, with the current fleet that I have and any additional vehicles that may be added. Here are a few reasons why the Lutheran Health Network likes working with Yes Automotive. Lutheran can call or text Taylor about any issue that we may have within our fleet. Once I call Taylor, she notifies Josh that I will have a courier stop by for either a tire issue, headlamp issue, or any kind of bulb issue, they perform the work with no extra time added to the courier’s route! Making appointments could not be any easier too. Everything is done on their website and it is very user friendly. The work done by Yes Automotive is outstanding and performed in a timely manner.
